Inefficient systems and poor management structure created out-of-line expenses
for Anthony Roofing. Updated technology for estimating, tracking expenses and
project management. Implemented and trained staff on new technology, reducing
expenses and improving profits.
Reduced administrative costs with revamped account program.
Review of account data to evaluate performance was segmented and inaccurate.
Designed and installed new systems to re-balance accounts using fewer

format, lighting and content. Coordinate set up and wrap-up of event.

Directed commercial roofing projects including evaluating costs, performing site
