Re-designed operational systems, saving thousands. Inefficient systems and poor management structure created out-of-line expenses for Anthony Roofing. Updated technology for estimating, tracking expenses and project management. Implemented and trained staff on new technology, reducing expenses and improving profits.

Reduced administrative costs with revamped account program. Review of account data to evaluate performance was segmented and inaccurate. Designed and installed new systems to re-balance accounts using fewer administrative resources. Increased accuracy and saved Morgan Stanley 50% on account review expense.

Standardized systems, slashing costs. Start-up company, Thomas White, lacked efficient systems to execute business model. Designed system to perform research, execute trades, extract account data and compile performance results. Implemented systems, met operational goals and executed business plan to launch.

Directed program enhancements, increasing revenues. Researched, recommended and implemented new program offerings to Sounds Abound Entertainment. Initiated marketing to support growth. Introduced new programs to the marketplace, resulting in increased revenues and profitability.

Career History

Consultant, Sounds Abound, 2006 to present. $1M entertainment and event company. Contract DJ/MC for corporations, weddings, conferences and festivals. Design program format, lighting and content. Coordinate set up and wrap-up of event.  Facilitate meetings, trade shows and public events, meeting client specifications.

Project Manager, Anthony Roofing, 2007 to 2009. $14M division of Tecta America Construction. Directed commercial roofing projects including evaluating costs, performing site checks and coordinating sub contractors. Directed customer service to ensure client satisfaction for continued growth. Managed 75 staff and $5M budget.

Senior Consultant, BVM Consulting Group, 2003 to 2007. Contracted to analyze business’ in diverse industries, for this consulting firm with a focus on small business. Addressed deficiencies with management and designed custom operational solutions to improve client’s organization, in domestic and international markets.

Portfolio Manager, Thomas White, 1992 to 2003. $500M asset management company. Recruited as head trader for domestic and international markets. Managed portfolio construction based on client guidelines. Executed stock purchases and sales, evaluated production of brokers. Managed IT, verification and quality assurance.
